We made barley tea today! We grew barley from seeds last October in Yamanoko Garden. And this week, we started Barley Project with Akebi-Class, three year old kids. On Monday morning we harvested them and on that afternoon we culled them. And today, we roasted and brewed them, and made barley tea! It smelled very nice.
