We grew and harvested mustard greens last year, and the seeds of the ones we didn’t harvest were spread everywhere by the wind. Now there are mustard greens for days!

We must eat them all! The children from Akebi class harvested them vigorously. During this process, curious encounters took place: peeping worms, hungry caterpillars, and curious larvas… “Look!” the kids said inquisitively and explored them . At the end of this encounter, “ok, now it’s time for you to go home”, said the children to the little creatures and put them back to their favorite places.

The children gleefully carried the bucket full of mustard greens which were then given to families. Mustard greens will be had for dinner for days!
